I walked to the Zahhak's house with full intentions to finally tell Equius of my flush crush on him. To make it less obvious I had a small robotic hoof beast he had made for me as a wriggling day gift one year. My plan was simple go over there, tell him it was broken. Help him fix it, tell him. That was it, most fault proof plan ever.
I arrivied at their door and knocked. I soon began playing with my (h/l) (h/c) hair, waiting for an answer. Before I knew it I heard the door open.
It was Horuss.
"8= D < Oh Hello (y/n) !" He said cheerily.
"Oh Hello Horuss. Is Equius here?" I asked smiling.
"8= D < He is in his room." he responded with a large smile only he could manage.
I said thanks and walked into the house and too Equius's room, knocking on the door and adjusting my clothes.
"D--> (y/n) What a... pleasent suprise."
"Hey Equius... You remember that robotic hoof beast you made for me?"
"D--> yes... I recall making you one for your wriggling day a while back... Why?"
I pulled it out of my (Fav Color) bag and sat it on his desk.
"It stopped working... Can you fix it?"
He looked it over then looked at me.
"D--> yes I can." he said bluntly then started working.
"Do you need any help?" I asked. he then stopped and looked at me.
"D--> No... (y/n) do you really think someone STRONG like myself really needs... assistance fi%ing this?"
I looked at him both shocked and blushing.
"Well.. no. But I was just wondering." I said the (blood color) blush rising to my cheeks fully now.
Time passed as he worked in silence, the only things keeping me aware of my surroundings was my daydreaming and Equius asking for a towel every so often which I would happly throw to him.
Once he was done he handed the robotic hoof beast to me.
"D--> It should be functioning correctly now (y/n)" he said sitting next to me.
'Now's my chance... *internal sigh* Here goes nothing' I thought to myself before looking at him.
"Hey Equius. Can I talk to you..." I asked shyly.
"D--> yes... What about?"
"Uhm.. I have a," my voice droped. "flush crush on you.."
"D--> .... What?" he said quietly.
"Equius I have a flush crush on you." I restated.
He was silent.
'Fuck Fuck Fuck... I hope this is a good silence.' I thought to myself awaiting his answer.
Before I knew it he kissed me and pulled me effortlessly into his lap.
"D--> I... have a Flush Crush on you too." he said.
I blushed and looked up at him.
"Would you like to be my matesprit Equius?" I asked the (blood color) blush filling my cheeks again.
"D--> Yes I would... highly enjoy being your matesprit." he said kissing me again.
I yawned. "Equius i'm tired." I said.
He picked me up and put me in bed with him. making sure not to hit my horns he cuddled me, yawning himself.
He kissed me. "D--> Good night my... Dearest matesprit."
"Good night Equius... I.. I love you." I said blushing and snuggling closer to him.
"D--> I... Love you too (y/n)" he said before I fell asleep.
